Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT)
It’s no secret I’m on a diet. I’m not massively over weight, I can still fit through my front door, so that’s good. But, you know that nagging voice in your head telling you, “if you can’t bend over and tie your own shoelaces… You’ve got a problem!” Well, I thought I would make her happy by returning back to the Hercules she once knew.
I’m not saying I’m lazy when it comes to dieting, but lets face it, if you knew of a healthy way to lose more weight a little bit quicker, wouldn’t you do it? Of course you would! Anyway, this is why I’ve added coconut oil to my shopping list. Not only does this come with a whole load benefits, it helps to burn fat as well.
